Customer Service Representative

+ **Client communication:** Respond to customer calls and emails regarding account inquiries, payments, and title-related questions.
+ **Problem resolution:** Research and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
+ **Administrative support:** Process payments, manage account logins, and handle document formatting and proofing.
+ **Liaison and coordination:** Work with other departments such as underwriting, loan officers, and sales to ensure accurate information and a smooth process.
+ **Technical support (for software-focused roles):** Assist clients with software-related issues, including troubleshooting and providing updates.
+ **Escrow support:** Hold deposits and help with the distribution of escrow funds as part of the closing process.
+ **Computer Skills:** Proficient at Exel and reports.
+ **Learn:** How to search public records and assist Real Estate Agents.
+ **Front Desk Support:** Answer phones and greet customers.
Required skills and qualifications
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of the mortgage and title insurance industry.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with customer service or call center environments.
+ A High School Diploma or GED is often required, with some roles potentially preferring a two-year degree or related experience.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
