    We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Project Manager to lead design production and collaborate closely with various disciplines. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, focusing on budget, scheduling, design, and communication with clients and consultants. The successful candidate will ensure quality assurance, quality control, and coordinate construction administration and project closeout.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage architectural projects of varying scale and complexity.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

    + Oversee all phases of project development, including design, documentation, and construction administration.

    + Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

    + Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture.

    + Ensure quality control, code compliance, and adherence to firm standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design/production software.

    + Experience with construction documentation, detailing, and design development.

    + Ability to interface with clients and participate in meetings.

    + Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and contract administration.

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

    + 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role.

    + Architectural licensure preferred (or in process).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bel Air, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr.
