    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with formal project management training, preferably with a PMP Certification, to lead cross-functional product development projects in the Biotechnology/Life Science industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects and objectives simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, time, and budget constraints.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead cross-functional product development projects from inception to completion.

    + Manage multiple projects, objectives, and deadlines simultaneously.

    + Recognize, summarize, and articulate trade-offs in terms of quality, scope, time, and budget.

    + Build credibility and positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members at all levels.

    + Communicate objectives, priorities, and progress clearly and articulately.

    + Deliver projects effectively while influencing stakeholders and team members.

    + Utilize project management tools and software efficiently.

    + Prepare and deliver presentations to management and key customers.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in project management.

    + Demonstrated experience in Biotechnology/Life Science industry.

    + Experience in a product manufacturing environment.

    + Experience working in a GMP or laboratory environment.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    + Experience with project management tools and software.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree.

    + PMP Certification preferred.

    + Effective listening skills.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working in a dynamic Biotechnology/Life Science industry setting, often within a GMP or laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will need to be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management software is essential.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Camarillo, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
