    Software Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and managing software repositories, overseeing configuration management, and supporting Linux-based development environments. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our software infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and maintain software repositories.

    + Oversee configuration management and software build processes.

    + Develop and maintain build scripts using CMake.

    + Automate tasks and workflows using Python and Bash scripting.

    + Support and troubleshoot Linux-based development environments.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software infrastructure.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of professional experience.

    + Proficiency with build coordination and repository management tools.

    + Experience in configuration management and software build systems.

    + Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.

    + Familiarity with CMake and build automation tools.

    + Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Liverpool, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
