About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Strategic Project Manager to lead a key capital project for our Flavor Producers facility in Sharonville, OH. This role will manage the full project lifecycle — from concept through design, construction, and completion — ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, safety, and commercial teams.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and manage a high-impact strategic capital project from planning to completion.

+ Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.

+ Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety) and external partners (contractors, vendors, design firms).

+ Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of new systems and equipment.

+ Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

+ Prepare and deliver regular project updates and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

+ Ensure compliance with engineering, environmental, and safety regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).

+ 8+ years of experience managing capital projects in food, flavors, or process manufacturing industries.

+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contractors and vendors.

+ Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

+ Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and related project management tools.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

**Pay Details:** $52.88 to $60.10 per hour
