    **Job Title:** Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Internal Medicine

    **Location:** Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 (Floating to Foggy Creek as needed)

    **Job Type:** Full-Time | Direct Hire

    Overview:

    We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Internal Medicine office in Wesley Chapel, FL (33544), with occasional floating to our Foggy Creek location. This is a fully onsite role, with more days at Wesley Chapel for the time being, offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and professional clinical environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatments

    + Collect vitals, perform clinical intake, and document accurately in real-time

    + Assist providers during exams and minor procedures

    + Administer medications as ordered by the provider (if certified)

    + Perform administrative duties including insurance verification, copay collection, and scheduling

    + Ensure patient safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, AHMG policies)

    + Float between Wesley Chapel and Foggy Creek offices as needed

    + Support the mission and values of the organization in every interaction

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program

    + Current Medical Assistant certification from one of the following: AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA

    + Current CPR certification

    + Strong communication, multitasking, and EMR documentation skills

    + Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced clinical setting

    + Minimum of **one year of experience** in any medical background

    + **Internal Medicine experience preferred**

    **Pay Details:** $17.11 to $27.37 per hour
