We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with strong experience in milling operations to join our Gears & Sprockets division in Broadview, IL. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term stability and growth in a well-established industrial environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Pay Scale: $25 - $35/hrly
Key Responsibilities:
+ Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
+ Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC mills.
+ Strong understanding of industrial machining processes and CNC programs.
+ Ability to use Autodesk Inventor
+ Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
+ Experience in gears and sprockets manufacturing is a plus.
Preferred:
+ Candidates interested in **Direct Hire** or **Temp to Hire** opportunities.
+ Industrial background with hands-on CNC mill operation.
+ Mazak CNC experience a plus
+ Experience in machining metals (steel, stainless steel, bronze, cast)
