+ **Pay:** $32.00-60.00/hr
+ **Shift/Hours: Onsite – Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm**
Adecco is assisting a client seeking a Senior Manager to support their Electric Vehicle (EV) charging and infrastructure strategy, including exploration of new infrastructure solutions tailored for our client, outreach and onboarding of Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and joint venture support
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Support planning, development, and execution of key EV-related infrastructure projects.
• Develop infrastructure solutions unique to Hyundai and Genesis.
• Create detailed schedules and timelines, identifying key interdependencies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee strategic vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, sustainability goals, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with senior staff and professional engineers to prepare project reports and submittals.
Internal and External Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across HMNA, Hyundai Motor Corporate, and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, municipalities, and other external entities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal leadership and external partners.
Business & Operational Support:
• Develop and update business models related to EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Oversee contract execution related to site design, permitting, construction, and commissioning of charging assets.
• Ensure all contracts align with corporate, legal, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and operational risks.
• Support long-term asset management strategies by ensuring contracts support scalability and lifecycle cost efficiency.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Support field work to gather existing conditions and provide cost-effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation, utility, real estate, construction, or commercial retail sectors, with a strong background in EV charging infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of EV infrastructure components including charging equipment, utilities, site acquisition and development, vehicle-charger technology interdependence, and MSP integration.
• Experience or exposure to construction management is a plus.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $60.00 per hour
