    Salary up to $110K | Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:00** **p.m.

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading global materials branding manufacturer to hire an **EHS Manager** for their growing **Liverpool, NY** facility — the company’s new North American hub for high-end licensed apparel embellishments for major sports and university brands (Professional & Collegiate)

This is a highly visible, on-site leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the site’s EHS programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Regional EHS Manager, you’ll be the sole driver of all EHS activity at the facility — creating programs, fostering engagement, and building a proactive safety culture from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead all EHS functions across the site, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.

+ Develop and execute safety, environmental, and health programs; manage permits and documentation.

+ Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

+ Manage Job Safety Analysis, PPE compliance, and contractor safety programs.

+ Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, emergency preparedness, and site training.

+ Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to ensure EHS compliance for new equipment and projects.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to close audit gaps, strengthen fire protection, and maintain customer audit readiness.

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

+ 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment; OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) experience required.

+ Deep knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR standards, recordkeeping, and compliance reporting.

+ Experience managing internal and external audits and implementing CAPA plans.

+ Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 preferred.

+ Strong communication, leadership, and training skills; able to drive culture change and gain buy-in.

    Additional Details:

    + **Employment Type:** Salaried Exempt

+ **Relocation:** Available within the U.S. (local candidates preferred)

    + **Travel:** None required

+ **Schedule:** Primarily 1st shift, Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays as needed

+ **Reports To:** Operations Manager (dotted line to Regional EHS Manager)

+ Employee Assistance Program eligibility / Health Advocate

+ Paid vacation and paid holidays

This is a rare opportunity to **own the EHS function end-to-end** at a rapidly expanding site — shaping programs, policies, and culture in partnership with leadership.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
