Adecco is looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-moving environment for this **Warehouse Product Preparation** job in Oceanside, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping products for e-commerce orders. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, learning from training and then working independently. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent work pace are key.
**Schedule:** 8:30am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm (Weekend availability is required)
Primary responsibilities include:
• Product Preparation: Prepare items for packing by labeling products, weighing herbs, and placing items in bags, boxes, or jars.
• Assembly-Line Work: Perform repetitive tasks to efficiently fulfill orders.
• Inventory Management: Inform the manager when packing supplies, prepped items, or ingredients are low, or when equipment malfunctions.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in sorting and packaging.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
+ Follow all warehouse policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve order issues and ensure workflow efficiency
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
