We’re looking for a Forklift Operator to help keep our production lines running smoothly by supplying materials, staging finished goods, and supporting our shipping and receiving operations.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished products for storage or shipment

    + Load and unload trucks in the shipping and receiving department

    + Label, sort, organize, wrap, pack, and re-pack materials as needed

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety, compliance, and product integrity

    + Communicate with team members regarding product quality, food safety, and material handling

    + Operate forklifts or other powered equipment safely and efficiently

    + Maintain current equipment certifications and complete required training

    + Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including GMP , OSHA , and USDA standards

    + Participate in sanitation and housekeeping tasks as assigned

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience (current certification preferred)

    + Experience in material handling, warehousing, or shipping/receiving is a plus

    + Must hold a valid driver’s license (NC license required within 60 days of hire)

    + Able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 60 lbs)

    + Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and squatting

    + Flexibility to work occasional overtime
