    Project Controls Specialist – Hybrid Schedule

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Architect and manage project controls using Enterprise Planning & Controls software.

    + Build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that bring clarity to complexity.

    + Lead Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM) and translate strategy into execution.

    + Own the schedule: develop, maintain, and analyze multi-level timelines with logic ties.

    + Forecast costs, cash flows, and resource needs with confidence.

    + Run schedule simulations and provide actionable insights to project teams.

    + Ensure earned value systems are accurate and audit-ready.

    + Collaborate across Project Management and Accounting to validate costs and support compliance.

    + Review and approve purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.

    + Conduct field audits and quality checks to ensure project controls deliverables meet the mark.

    + Support forensic analysis and material takeoffs to keep projects grounded in reality.

     

    What You Bring

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field—or equivalent experience.

    + 2+ years of hands-on project controls experience.

    + Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

    + Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, Kentucky.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00/hr.
