Job Summary
The FX Sales Representative works within the Payments group on the Corporate Foreign Exchange (FX) sales team. This position is responsible for driving foreign exchange sales revenue through high-quality client servicing, strong internal partnerships, and excellence in the sales process.
Essential Functions
+ Demonstrate proficiency in foreign exchange markets and products, including spot transactions, forward contracts, swaps, and options
+ Provide clients with consultative FX risk management and transactional FX solutions tailored to their business needs
+ Direct effective onboarding, including documentation, credit lines, and platform setups
+ Deliver excellence in customer service and trade execution across all client interactions
+ Employ a strategic approach to business development built upon a structured sales management process
+ Maintain a quality FX pipeline in Salesforce
+ Plan and host client education sessions and engagement events to strengthen relationships
+ Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and product partners
+ Contribute to a strong, team-oriented culture and embody Key’s core values
+ Invest in ongoing professional development and remain current on market trends and industry best practices
+ Demonstrate proficient understanding of risk management within the broader business and industry context
+ Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Education
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Work Experience
+ 3+ years experience in banking, fintech, or corporate environment (required)
+ Prior sales experience (preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
+ NFA Associated Person Certification within 90 Days (required)
Skills
+ Solid understanding of FX products such as spot, forward contracts, swaps, and options, along with basic market dynamics
+ Effective at building and maintaining client relationships through attentive service and thoughtful account support
+ Experienced in supporting sales initiatives, managing pipelines (e.g., Salesforce), and contributing to revenue growth
+ Familiar with identifying and discussing FX risk exposures, including basic balance sheet and cash flow hedging concepts
+ Proficient at conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client recommendations and internal decision-making
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and team collaboration
+ Experience working in team environments and supporting junior colleagues
+ Knowledgeable in FX trading platforms, Bloomberg, Reuters, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
+ Basic understanding of financial regulations, hedge accounting principles (US GAAP), and industry compliance standards
+ Proactive in staying informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and pursuing ongoing professional development

Physical Demands
+ General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Travel
+ Occasional travel to include overnight stay.
Driving Requirements
+ Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
