    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support a financial services company on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii (Salt Lake, Stadium Mall). In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Run errands as needed to support office operations.

    • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

    • Organize and file documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

    • Scan and digitize documents for electronic storage.

    • Provide back-office support to assist with administrative processes.

    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

    • Handle other general office tasks as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.

    • Must have access to a personal vehicle for errands.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and reliably.

    • Proficiency in scanning, filing, and data entry.

    • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.
