The team values collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning. Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a previous background in accounting, with hands-on experience managing both payables and receivables.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.

    + Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts.

    + Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

    + Assist with month-end closing and support audits as needed.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous accounting experience with AP and AR functions required.

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.

    + Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
