    Description

    Are you passionate about human resources and looking to grow your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are seeking a talented Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team! As HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing essential HR functions and supporting the administrative needs of our HR department to ensure organizational success.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist in recruiting processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

    + Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    + Coordinate onboarding plans for new hires and support offboarding processes where necessary.

    + Support and participate in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.

    + Provide assistance in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance documentation.

    + Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving concerns or escalating as needed.

    + Assist with implementing and refining HR policies and procedures for the organization.

    + Track and maintain office-wide compliance with training and labor regulations.

    + Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    + 1-3 years of experience in HR support or coordination preferred.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
