Description

Seeking Attorney with real estate law experience to join a law firm in Greensboro, Georgia. This role involves handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing legal guidance on property-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, title review, and client advisement.

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

• Conduct thorough title examinations and resolve any identified title issues.

• Manage real estate closings while ensuring adherence to Georgia's legal requirements.

• Provide legal counsel to clients on zoning, permitting, and property development matters.

• Assist clients with corporate and business law transactions related to real estate.

• Collaborate with paralegals, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Ensure all documentation and procedures comply with state and local real estate laws.

• Address legal concerns related to real estate lending and transactions.

• Support clients in navigating complex real estate deals and agreements.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia.

• Experience in real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions.

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts.

• Expertise in conducting title reviews and handling title-related issues.

• Familiarity with Georgia zoning laws, permitting processes, and property development regulations.

• Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures and documentation.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, lenders, and other professionals.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
