    Are you a seasoned Trusts & Estates Paralegal with a passion for precision, client service, and complex fiduciary matters? A highly respected, Atlanta-based boutique firm is seeking a Tax & Wealth Paralegal to join their collaborative and long-tenured team. This is a rare opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for high-net-worth individuals and family offices in a supportive, professional environment.

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Independently manage full-cycle estate and trust administration

    + Prepare 706s, 709s, 1041s, and other fiduciary income and gift tax returns

    + Handle federal and state estate tax filings, probate documents, and trust accountings

    + Collaborate with attorneys on entity formation, tax planning, and compliance

    + Utilize tools like EstateWorks, GEMS, Zane, and others to streamline workflow

    + Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements

    Requirements

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + 8+ years of experience in estate & trust administration

    + Strong knowledge of Georgia probate rules and fiduciary tax compliance

    + Experience with IRS/state forms and estate/trust software

    + Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

    + Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

    + Experience billing time (1400+ hours/year)

    + Background in law firms, banks, or private wealth management welcome

    • Compensation & Perks:

    + Up to $120K (hourly structure) + annual paralegal bonus
