Part-Time HR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR experience who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The position requires full in-office presence and alignment with our faith-based values.

Schedule: 15–25 hours per week through the end of January

Key Responsibilities

+ Open Enrollment Support

+ Review benefit rates and assist with internal processes

+ Respond to employee questions regarding open enrollment

+ Provide administrative support throughout the enrollment period

+ Recruitment Assistance

+ Review resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews; may conduct initial screenings

+ Maintain recruiting data and documentation

+ Compensation Analysis Support

+ Assist with reviewing compensation data and identifying discrepancies

+ Provide analytical support for classification and recruitment analysis

+ HR Documentation & Systems

+ Update job descriptions using organizational templates

+ Maintain HRIS (Paylocity) and SharePoint for recruiting and HR purposes

Requirements

Requirements

+ Experience with open enrollment processes

+ Hands-on experience in recruiting (resume review, interview coordination)

+ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

+ Must sign Statement of Faith and Statement of Human Sexuality

+ Familiarity with Paylocity (HRIS)

+ Proficiency in SharePoint and Excel (basic functions)

Additional Information

+ This is a part-time, onsite position in Littleton, CO

+ Hours: 15–20 per week
