    Onsite | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

     

    Contract currently approved for 2 years, possibility of extension.

    We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Management Specialist to join an industry-leading organization’s Order Fulfillment Process team. This role plays a key part in managing supplier relationships, supporting supply chain operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and components.

    What You’ll Do:

    - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

     

    - Analyze supply data within SAP (or similar business systems) to plan and manage resources efficiently.

     

    - Use intermediate Excel skills to organize data, create reports, and track performance metrics.

     

    - Schedule and conduct supplier visits to monitor progress, compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities.

     

    - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a smooth flow of operations.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    - Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant field.

     

    - At least 1 year of supply management or related experience.

     

    - 6+ months of SAP (or equivalent) business system experience.

     

    - Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).

     

    - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
