Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a client in the agriculture industry. This role entails analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing key recommendations for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical abilities, experience in budgeting and forecasting, and a strong understanding of financial systems and tools.

This is a 100% on-site position

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.

+ Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

+ Prepare accurate financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

+ Evaluate financial performance and provide cost-saving or improvement recommendations.

+ Collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders to provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to drive results.

+ Stay up to date with market trends and advise on their potential business impact.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

+ 5+ experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

+ Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, dashboards, and financial modeling.

+ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

+ High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
