    A fast-growing consumer lifestyle and outdoor gear company in Oceanside is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support their expanding operations. This person will be the first point of contact for customers — ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values of quality, care, and reliability. If you love helping people, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role offers the perfect mix of administrative, problem-solving, and customer engagement responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.

    + Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.

    + Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, product defects, and billing concerns.

    + Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time delivery.

    + Track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

    + Assist with CRM data entry and maintenance.

    + Support the marketing team with customer outreach, surveys, and follow-ups.

    + Maintain a high standard of accuracy and brand consistency in all communications.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of customer service, administrative support, or retail coordination experience.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and time management.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk preferred).

    + Friendly, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
