Hiring Mechanical Maintenance Technicians in Muscle Shoals, Alabama

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aluminum industry, is seeking experienced **Mechanical Maintenance Technicians** to join their team. Technicians will be assigned to specific areas of the plant, including the **Cold Mill, Hot Mill, Cast House, Element 13, or Roll Shop** . This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment, ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with a strong background in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on large-scale industrial equipment.

+ Install and maintain machinery such as **rolling mills, conveyors, CNC machines, casting equipment, and furnaces** .

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues down to the **component level** and develop on-site repair plans.

+ Work with **tight tolerances** and high-precision equipment.

+ Maintain and repair **hydraulic and pneumatic systems** .

+ Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the plant.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ 5–10 years of experience in **industrial mechanical maintenance** .

+ Strong knowledge of **hydraulics and pneumatics** .

+ Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems.

+ Experience in **fabrication, conveyor maintenance, extrusion, and casting** .

+ aluminum manufacturing or similar heavy industrial settings preferred.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Maintenance or related field.

+ Experience as a **Mechanical Millwright** or contractor in industrial settings.
