Job Title: Excavator Operator with Excavation Certification

Job Description

Join our team as an Excavator Operator working on a dynamic and fast-paced project on the Oceana airfield. This role involves operating heavy machinery for pipe work and requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Safely operate excavators, dozers, and other heavy machinery for pipe work.

+ Follow project specifications for accurate excavating and trenching.

+ Conduct pre-operation and post-operation checks on machinery.

+ Work efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with dozer, excavator, excavation, underground digging, and utility work.

+ Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery.

+ Ability to follow project specifications and safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ DBIDS certification required.

+ Experience working on Oceana is a plus.

Work Environment

Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, Monday to Friday, for approximately 50 hours a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
