Hiring Electrical Maintenance Technicians

Our client, a leader in the aluminum manufacturing industry, is seeking experienced **Electrical Maintenance Technicians** to support operations in key areas of the plant, including the **Cold Mill, Hot Mill, Cast House, Element 13, and Roll Shop** . This is a high-impact role in a heavy industrial environment, ideal for skilled electricians with industrial maintenance and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on large-scale industrial equipment.

+ Install and commission equipment such as **rolling mills, conveyors, CNC machines, casting equipment, and furnaces** .

+ Troubleshoot and repair **PLC systems** , **AC/DC drives** , **3-phase motors** , and **high-voltage equipment** .

+ Conduct electrical installations and repairs, including work on **switchgears** , **generators** , and **control systems** .

+ Ensure precision and attention to detail when working with tight tolerances and complex systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum of **5 years of electrical maintenance** experience in an industrial setting.

+ Strong knowledge of **PLC troubleshooting** (Allen-Bradley, Siemens preferred).

+ Experience with **AC/DC drives** , **high-voltage systems** , and **switchgear maintenance** .

+ Proven ability to commission equipment and perform detailed electrical diagnostics.

+ aluminum manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ **Journeyman Electrician** certification highly preferred.

+ Experience as an **Industrial Electrician** or Electrical Apprentice in a contracting agency.

+ Technical training or associate degree in Electrical Maintenance or related field.
