Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a temporary assembler for our 2nd shift to support the production of our two lines, Hat Trick and Pioneer. This role will continue until January 2026, with a potential extension based on evaluation in November or December. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products such as diagnostic machines, blood analyzers, and heart monitors. You will work directly from work instructions on the computer and Travelers, completing in-process documentation, and utilizing hand tools.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble mechanical and electronic components following detailed work instructions and Travelers.
+ Utilize hand tools, including torque wrenches, for precise assembly tasks.
+ Complete and maintain accurate documentation throughout the assembly process.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Operate computers to manage digital work instructions and data entry.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of experience in manufacturing; medical assembly experience preferred but not required.
+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly and medical documentation.
+ Experience with hand tools, especially torque wrenches.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
+ Competency in using computers for digital instructions and data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs.
+ Experience in medical manufacturing is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a very nice, clean, and well-lit facility that builds medical instruments. The environment is regulated but not a clean room. The 2nd shift operates from Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 12 am, with initial training/orientation starting at 7 am for 1-4 days. Be prepared for some weekend work, as flexibility is appreciated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maplewood, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
