We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in luxury hospitality construction to lead and oversee high-profile projects from concept to completion. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the unique standards, finishes, and operational requirements of upscale hotels, resorts, and fine dining establishments.

+ Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end hospitality projects.

+ Proven track record of delivering luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments.

+ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and luxury finishes.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

+ Experience working with renowned hospitality brands or boutique luxury properties.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

+ Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence and high design standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
