Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Cleanroom Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in the Indianapolis area. This position is on the 1st shift and involves working in a highly-regulated cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble simple and complex devices with precision and care.

+ Operate automated assembly equipment efficiently.

+ Perform and document final and in-process procedures accurately.

+ Package and label the final product according to specifications.

+ Regularly read work procedures and assembly drawings to ensure compliance.

+ Verify product quality using detailed checklists.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in assembly and production processes.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and soldering.

+ Ability to work on an assembly line and perform packaging tasks.

+ Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and general labor practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in packaging and inspection processes.

+ Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
