    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team in a dynamic print shop environment. This role involves setting up and operating printers, verifying colors to match customer requirements, recording material usage for the printing area, weeding and separating excess vinyl, and laminating prints when needed. Maintaining a clean working environment is also essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate printers.

    + Verify colors by matching customer requirements.

    + Record all material usage for the printing area.

    + Weed and separate excess vinyl from prints.

    + Laminate prints when necessary.

    + Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred, but open to entry level candidates.

    + Emphasis on reliability and attendance.

    + Computer literacy.

    + Assembly skills.

    + Machine operation.

    + Packaging and inspection skills.

    + General labor proficiency.

    + Hand tool usage.

    + Printing and printing press operation.

    + Data entry.

    + Prepress skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

    + Strong reliability with a history of perfect attendance.

    + Willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay & Compensation

     

    The pay is targeting $30-$40 depending on your experience!

     

    Work Environment

     

    Our small print shop environment consists of 12-15 people, including print press operators, general laborers, receivers/shippers, laminators, and a graphic designer. We utilize 2-3 large format machines, several smaller format machines, and 2 lamination stations.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
