•️ CNC Machinist — Emeryville, CA

2 Shifts Available | $35–$45/hr

**We're hiring CNC Machinists** to join our fast-paced machine shop in Emeryville. You'll work with CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, and waterjets to produce high-quality parts. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a clean, organized, and collaborative environment.

• What You’ll Do

+ Load stock material, tooling, and operate CNC mills/lathes

+ Cut parts using laser and waterjet cutters

+ Prep and cut stock materials

+ Deburr, wash, and package machined parts

+ Use inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances

+ Check and top off coolant and fluids on schedule

+ Clean equipment, organize tools, and maintain work areas

+ Perform basic equipment maintenance

• Shifts Available

+ **Day Shift:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

+ **Night Shift:** 12:30 AM – 9:00 AM

+ **Note:** All roles begin on the **day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)** for training and ramp-up, then transition to **night shift** within the first six months.

• What You’ll Need

+ 1–5 years of experience in a machine shop

+ Familiarity with bandsaws, belt sanders, drill presses, etc.

+ Experience with manual milling and lathes

+ Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Bonus Points For

+ Experience operating CNC mills/lathes

+ Ability to hit the ground running with CNC machining

+ Familiarity with Fusion CAM or similar platforms

+ Basic metrology skills and GD&T knowledge

This is a Permanent position based out of Emeryville, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $93600.00/yr.
