Ramp Agent / Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience. As a Warehouse Worker, you will have the chance to work in either the Warehouse Crew or the Ramp Crew after a 90-day period.

Responsibilities

+ Unload packages from freight containers.

+ Load packages into freight containers.

+ Stage packages for pickup.

+ Lift packages weighing up to 35 lbs unassisted.

+ Work 100% within the warehouse environment.

+ For Ramp Crew: Unload containers and loose freight from aircraft.

+ Marshall tugs and k-loaders around aircraft.

+ Provide warehouse support after aircraft unloading.

+ Split time between outside and inside work (50% each).

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 months experience in unloading, loading, warehouse, shipping, or receiving.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with forklift, packing, inventory, production, picking, general labor, packaging, RF scanner, material handling, loading, pallet jack, order picking, unloading, shipping and receiving, assembly, labeling, warehouse inventory, and general production.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swanton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
