Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials and finished products to ensure they conform to company specifications and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform visual and mechanical inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
+ Use measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
+ Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks.
+ Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and deviations from standards.
+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
+ Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Participate in internal audits and support external quality assessments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and documentation abilities.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-climate-controlled factory or warehouse setting. Employees should be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods, and possess manual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed inspections.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mcdonough, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
