    **Description:** We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in managing luxury hospitality projects, including boutique hotels, resorts, fine dining establishments, and upscale entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end finishes, coordinating complex build-outs, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end hospitality construction.

    + Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

    + Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with complex design elements.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).

    + OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    + Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

    + BA/BS Degree in an accredited construction related curriculum preferred but not necessary

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Signal Hill, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
