    Job Title: Delivery Driver

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading food items, making timely deliveries throughout NYC, providing excellent customer service, keeping track of inventory, and operating a scan gun. The position requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload the delivery van with food items.

    + Make deliveries throughout New York City.

    + Provide excellent customer service.

    + Keep accurate track of inventory.

    + Operate a scan gun efficiently.

    + Engage in physical activities such as lifting, bending, and kneeling.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of delivery driving experience.

    + Great communication skills.

    + Punctuality and reliability.

    + Driver management skills.

    + Ability to handle heavy lifting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in food delivery is a plus.

    + Familiarity with the five boroughs of New York City is advantageous.

    + Customer service-oriented attitude.

    Work Environment

     

    As an Asian grocery and produce distributor, we operate in a production facility with around 12 employees and plan to expand our delivery team to 15. The work schedule is from 7am to 3:30pm, or until routes are completed, Monday through Saturday, with the option of four-day workweeks. The dress code is casual, allowing for comfortable clothing such as jeans and a solid color shirt. Our location is at 52 15th Street, Brooklyn, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.

     

    Great hours, free food occasionally, overtime available.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Brooklyn,NY.
