    Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations. This position requires proficiency in SAP and Excel to schedule and receive deliveries efficiently. You will manage FedEx and UPS deliveries, coordinate hands-on packaging, and perform other essential warehouse duties as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Schedule and receive deliveries using SAP and Excel.

    + Manage FedEx and UPS deliveries.

    + Handle hands-on packaging within the warehouse.

    + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

    + Perform general laborer duties as needed.

    + Conduct data entry using Excel.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 3 years of experience with shipping and receiving.

    + Proficiency in operating forklifts.

    + Experience with inventory management and material handling.

    + Competence in using SAP, WMS, and RF scanners.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong skills in Excel and data entry.

    + Experience with cycle counting.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, production-based environment at either the Trilogy location in Abingdon or the Belcamp location. The medium-sized manufacturing company requires wearing steel-toed shoes and operates in the shipping/receiving department. The first shift runs from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The work setting involves producing flavors for oils and other substances, with a focus on communication and efficiency.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Abingdon, MD.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
