    Job Title: Forklift Operator

    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to handle put-aways, loading, picking, staging, and more. The role involves working closely with our team on rack teardowns and other ad hoc projects. This is a labor-intensive position, requiring case picking products from multiple pallets, with weights ranging from 10lbs to 60lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a Raymond stand-up forklift (Pacer) for loading, unloading, picking, putting away, consolidating, stacking, and staging products and materials.

    + Meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

    + Learn to operate RF systems in a logistics environment.

    + Follow oral and written instructions to complete job tasks and necessary paperwork.

    + Cross-train for case picking to assist when needed.

    + Adhere to specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments.

    + Support operational processes and procedures to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations.

    + Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.

    + Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, item brands, and lot codes.

    + Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management, and identify process improvements.

    + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

    + Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct operations safely.

    + Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to guidelines.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating a Stand-up Reach forklift.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

    + Basic math and reading skills.

    + Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Open to cross-training for case picking.

    + Ability to learn and operate RF systems in a logistics environment.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
