    • About the Role

     

    Join a fast-growing, team-oriented warehouse operation where your adaptability and drive will be rewarded. As a Material Handler, you'll rotate through departments, gaining hands-on experience in logistics, inventory, and equipment operation. This is more than just a job—it's a launchpad for career growth.

     

    •️ What You’ll Do

    + Pick and pack items using pick sheets

    + Track inventory with RF scanners

    + Build pallets and break down boxes

    + Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and tuggers

    + Load/unload trucks manually or with equipment

    + Support shipping/receiving using ERP systems (Epicor) and dock door operations

    • What You Bring

    + 1+ year of forklift experience

    + Flexibility to work across departments

    + Warehouse experience and ability to cross-train with production

    + Basic computer proficiency

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
