Job Title: Deburring Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Deburring Technician to assist in various departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for deburring parts using handheld tools and grinders, inspecting products to meet customer requirements, maintaining production levels, and ensuring a clean work environment. Equipment maintenance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations are also key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in a variety of departments.
+ Operate Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines.
+ Deburr parts using handheld tools and grinders.
+ Inspect products per customer requirements.
+ Maintain an acceptable level of production.
+ Ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
+ Perform equipment maintenance.
+ Adhere to state and federal laws, Company Quality Program and procedures, company policies, and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Essential Skills
+ Production experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience in deburring metal parts, including grinding welds and titanium blending.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

+ Able to stay focused and alert while performing repetitive tasks.
+ Punctual, polite, and respectful towards coworkers.
+ Basic computer skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
