As a Mechanic Technician - Level 3 here at Solstice, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair on a variety of mechanical systems and equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities by ensuring that all mechanical systems are maintained to the highest standards, thereby supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on mechanical systems and equipment.

+ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment

+ Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards

+ Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions

+ Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment status

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Experience with advanced troubleshooting techniques and repair methodologies.

+ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for mechanical analysis.

+ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in mechanical maintenance.

+ Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
