    As a Mechanic Technician - Level 3 here at Solstice, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair on a variety of mechanical systems and equipment.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on mechanical systems and equipment.

    + Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

    + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment

    + Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards

    + Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions

    + Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment status

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.

    + Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    + Experience with advanced troubleshooting techniques and repair methodologies.

    + Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for mechanical analysis.

    + Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in mechanical maintenance.

    WE VALUE

    + Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical systems.
