Position Responsibilities:

+ The Accounts Receivable Analyst seeks solutions to customer and Accounts Receivable (AR) balance needs, analyzes trends, and presents innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience

+ As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will provide management with reports that analyze and communicate operational risks and performance while supporting on-going internal and external audits by maintaining strong documentation

+ You will perform general ledger account and customer statement reconciliations, handle accounting tasks, train teammates, and lead department research

+ You will lead a broad array of AR activities such as, cash receipts, adjustments, contacting sales for chargebacks and deductions

+ You will conduct user-acceptance testing for new applications by analyzing team performance

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
