About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Global Payments Services Client Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .

In this role, you will:

+ Manage and develop payment business activities in multiple and complex markets

+ Partner with relationship managers to consult on complex specific payment solutions

+ Coordinate Request for Proposal response and proposal generation

+ Provide production support on product issues and call on financial institutional clients to address their business and product needs

+ Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in depth evaluation of multiple factors

+ Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Global Payments Sales team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Global Payments Sales functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

+ Collaborate and consult with Global Payments Sales peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Lead Global Payments Sales projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of Global Payments Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ Strong sales support and sales services experience

+ Correspondent Banking experience in Latin America and Caribbean markets

+ Payments and liquidity sales experience

+ Transactional banking sales experience

+ Ability to develop and manage client relationships

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

+ Trade sales/trade product solutions background

+ Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English

Job Expectations:

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

+ This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
