Are you a strategic marketer with deep advertising expertise and a strong track record in multicultural and inclusive marketing ? Are you ready to help shape some of Vanguard’s most ambitious brand campaigns and be the engine behind our inclusive marketing program ? This position is central to ensuring our brand not only reflects the diversity of the clients we serve but also fosters a sense of belonging and representation. In this role you will oversee our enterprise-wide inclusive marketing program and lead the development of creative campaigns.

We’re seeking a s trategic-minded marketing professional who can act as a conduit among stakeholders ensur ing enterprise -wide marketing projects are aligned to our inclusive marketing best p ractice s .

Additionally, i n this role, you’ll partner across the Brand team to manage the full campaign lifecycle—including strategy, creative development, execution, and measurement—collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop innovative, inclusive creative work.

You’ll serve as a champion for inclusive storytelling, ensuring that all campaigns authentically reflect and resonate with diverse audiences. This role requires a strong agency background, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive mindset that balances stakeholder needs with business goal s.
