    Quality Associate/Engineer – Entry Level

    **Location:** Duluth, GA

    **Experience:** New grads welcome! 1–2 years of experience a plus

    **2 Year contract** - Conversion potential

    **Pay:** 25.00-35.00 DOE

    Are you passionate about quality, precision, and making an impact? Join our dynamic QA team as an Entry-Level Quality Engineer and help shape products that meet the highest standards in safety and performance.

     

    + Lead quality activities including product impact assessments, non-conformance investigations, and quarantine management.

    + Serve as the Quality lead on Production Triage teams—driving issue resolution and ensuring compliance with FDA (21 CFR 820), ISO, and internal standards.

    + Conduct process and production audits, analyze results for trends, and recommend improvements.

    + Champion process improvement projects—from business case through implementation.

    + Perform failure investigations, apply root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
