    Our client is a national provider of Cosmetic and Personal Care Products and are seeking additional **Chemical Compounders** to join their team! This position ensures each batch is produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

     

    Located in Roanoke, VA

    2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS AVAILABLE - MULTIPLE OPENINGS

    Contract to hire

    **Pay:** $18-20/hour + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

    Key Responsibilities

    + Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials in accordance with approved formulas and batch records.

    + Set up, operate, and calibrate mixing equipment to ensure precise and consistent production runs.

    + Monitor compounding processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

    + Conduct in-process and final quality control checks to verify product specifications.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following established safety and GMP guidelines.

    + Complete detailed and accurate batch documentation to ensure full traceability and regulatory compliance.

    + Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.

    + Perform standard cleaning and sanitation procedures on equipment and work areas.

    + Support training and development of new team members as needed.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned to support production operations.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + Coursework or certification in Chemical Technology or a related field preferred.

    Experience:

    + 1–3 years of experience in compounding, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment a plus.
