About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst – Credit Ratings, you will make an impact by driving business and system requirements for critical credit rating processes. You will be a valued member of the Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions.

In this role, you will:

+ Define and document business and system requirements for credit rating workflows.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business needs and translate them into actionable specifications.

+ Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements leveraging new technologies.

+ Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT/development teams.

+ Support implementation and testing of end-to-end business process flows.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week at the office. What you must have to be considered

+ 6+ years of experience with **Credit Ratings platforms** (ratings review, analysis, scoring).

+ Proven experience creating **business process mapping documents** .

+ Strong experience testing **end-to-end business process flows** .

+ Excellent consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills across Product, Business, and Technology.

+ Fluency with **Agile/Scrum delivery** .

+ Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop solutions.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction at all levels.

These will help you succeed

+ Experience with **data analytics tools** or visualization platforms.

+ Familiarity with **regulatory compliance** in credit ratings.

+ Knowledge of **automation tools** for process optimization.
