Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Product Consultant where you will leverage your extensive experience in Mendix to drive innovative solutions in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the architecture and design of Mendix solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed and the applications are fine tuned for performance

+ Design and develop high-quality Mendix applications that meet business requirements.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

+ Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Mendix applications.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.

+ Possess a deep understanding of Mendix with proven experience in developing complex solutions.

+ Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

+ Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.

+ Have a solid grasp of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain enhancing product relevance and impact.

+ Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

+ Display strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

+ The annual salary for this position is between $131,000 – $156,000 + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
