    **Compensation:** $22.15 - $24.95/hr

    Principal Accountabilities

    + Pulling in pallets, feeding the line, packing, tape machine and stack off

    + Be able to stack and scan boxes

    + Be able to perform basic math

    + Perform ongoing assigned lead activities including activities such as, providing support to the team, provide new hire training, etc

    + Setup multiple non-similar machines that require moderate to complex setup and assist others

    + Feed materials into machine, operate and monitor machine operations, according to production schedules and make complex adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met

    + Use hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, trouble shoot complex machine issues, support other Operators in troubleshooting and providing guidance

    + Track production and quality records both manually and electronically

    + Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack

    + Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outs

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

    + Must be 18 years or older

    + Must be willing to work overtime as needed including weekends as needed

    + Able to lift product and boxes weighing up to 60 lbs to heights of 80 inches throughout each day

    + Standing for majority of the shift

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous warehousing experience

    + Previous Cargill experience

    + Work history in the past 12 months
