**Pay Rate:** Based on experience

**Work Hours:** A shift: 8am - 4pm, M-F

**Education:** BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred

Description

CTG is seeking a Process Engineer II to support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning in a solar wafer manufacturing plant. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure smooth operations during rapid production line startups.

**Experience:** 2+ years required, 5+ years preferred

Key Qualifications:

+ Hands-on expertise in equipment installation, debugging, startup, and troubleshooting

+ Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills

+ Proven experience completing projects in a manufacturing environment

+ Effective technical leadership and multitasking abilities

+ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills with diverse groups

+ Self-starter with ability to handle changing priorities

+ Mandarin speaking is a plus

Key Responsibilities

+ Support equipment startup: setup, data collection, and modifications

+ Identify and implement solutions to improve equipment and product quality

+ Apply engineering principles to resolve production challenges

+ Support creation of standard work documentation (SOPs, SOS, Job Aids, Training Documentation)

+ Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
