    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring multiple full-time Special Education Teachers to support elementary students in Aurora, IL. These positions begin November 24, 2025 and continue through the end of the 2025–2026 school year.

    Position Highlights

    + Location: Aurora, IL

    + Start Date: November 24, 2025

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–3:45pm

    + Hours: 35/week (unpaid 30-minute lunch)

    + Modality: In-person

    + Grade Levels: Elementary (K–5)

    + Pay Rate: $48/hr

    + Interview: In-person

    Requirements

    + Valid Illinois teaching certificate (LBS1 endorsement preferred)

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)

    + Experience with IEP writing and data collection

    + Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)

    + CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Fingerprinting required for onboarding
