Agency Summary
The purpose and mission of the Marion County Community Corrections Agency is to improve the lives of citizens in Marion County through community supervision, as an alternative to incarceration, utilizing evidence-based practices and comprehensive case management while cultivating a productive, collaborative, and compliant work environment in order for our workforce to meet the needs of the citizens of Indianapolis and Marion County.
This position is the agency liaison for the Marion County Community Corrections Agency and State of Indiana to maintain and update reports and functions with the agency case management system and financial application. This position will assist with the creation and updating of reports for budget, board and stakeholder reporting, grant application, and reporting purposes. Incumbent in this position utilizes independent judgment to prioritize multiple assignments and activities. Must be able to make decisions and know when to ask for assistance to ensure proper handling of statistical data. The incumbent will rely on experience and judgment to accomplish assignments. Accurate record keeping agency wide, is a priority for this position. Position is on call 24-hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Position Responsibilities
• Assist with the creation of statistical reports submitted on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis at the request of MCCC leadership or Evidence Based Practices Supervisor
• Responsible for training team-members agency-wide in the case management database, troubleshooting, and directly communicating with software developers on necessary changes beyond the agency’s ability to administer
• Maintain appropriate and accurate records, documentation, charts, and statistical data, on behalf of the agency
• Responsible for developing and updating visual job aids for the case management database and other MCCC systems
• Serve as liaison among management, supervision teams, and team-members to communicate information as requested and to coordinate changes, updates, and corrections in the case management and other databases.
• Update the case management database with regard to team-members and additions to database selections
• Generate and review continuous quality improvement reports, data integrity reports, and other requests that support accurate data collections and agency representation
• Adjust and verify client information including end of service dates, financial, and component information in the agency’s case management database as part of continuous quality improvement processes for case management data
• Liaison to the State of Indiana to maintain data integrity and implement necessary changes to the agency case management system
• Liaison to the Information Services Agency (ISA) to maintain data integrity and implement necessary changes to the agency’s financial application and any other applications created or maintained by ISA
• Responsible for updating data and implementing and utilizing Power BI and PowerDMS to display agency metrics, data, and training practices
• Coordinate with Executive Leadership, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders to provide necessary reporting and updating of existing reports for day-to-day operations and assisting Quality Assurance Coordinators with data review for auditing purposes
• Assist with the data necessary for agency fiscal and operational audits
• Guide agency team-members on collecting and analyzing data for community collaborations and support strategies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field and one (1) year experience in a related field required. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be utilized in lieu of degree. Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and other software is required. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and perform at expert level with computers. Must demonstrate creative ability when presented with unformatted projects or ideas. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, research and analytical, and customer service skills are required. Must have the ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently. Knowledge of the criminal justice system is preferred along with training. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
